Follow your study plan by completing 15 mins/day of practice and taking weekly micro-drills.

Take your official SAT within 30 days of completing your 3-month helloprep plan.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 150-Point Score Improvement Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Official Baseline: You must upload an official score report from a previous SAT or PSAT administered by the College Board. Self-administered practice tests or unproctored diagnostics do not qualify.
  • 7-Day Submission Window: This official score report must be submitted to us within 7 days of your initial signup. Failure to upload a verified baseline within this window voids the guarantee.
  • Active Prep: You must complete at least 85% of your assigned daily tasks during your subscription period.
  • Timeframe: You must complete the 3-month program in full.
  • Official Test: You must take an official College Board SAT within 30 days of ending your subscription.

Exceptions & Details

High Scorer Exception

If your baseline score is 1450 or higher, the guarantee is fulfilled if you reach an official score of 1550+. Due to the statistical difficulty and variance of achieving a perfect score, we do not guarantee score increases above 1550.

Score Verification

We reserve the right to verify your official score reports with the College Board or your high school. Altered or forged documents will result in an immediate ban and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

How to Claim

If you met all requirements and did not achieve the guaranteed increase:

  1. Email support@helloprep.co with the subject line "Score Guarantee Claim".
  2. Attach the same official score report you uploaded in Week 1 and your new "After" official score report.
  3. We will verify your activity logs and process your 100% refund of net subscription fees paid within 5 business days.*Note: Any referral credits, payouts, or bonuses already earned and paid to you will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Standard Refund Policy

7-Day Grace Period

If you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

After the grace period, refunds are only available via the Score Improvement Guarantee. Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle will continue until the end of the billing period.
